Aaron’s journey blends a passion for business, education, and helping others reach their full potential. A Yale graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Aaron started his career at Wall Street’s Point 72 in emerging markets. However, his desire to make a difference led him back to South Africa to build an education company focused on enhancing college students’ career prospects.

After a decade of growing his business, Aaron realized the challenge of planning the next steps. This experience fueled his dedication to mastering the art of business exits, ultimately leading to the creation of Exit Strategy Partners. Aaron’s mission is to empower business owners with the education, support, and strategies they need to unlock the full value of their companies
